I meet many lovely, wonderful, amazing, inspiring, and downright squishypuddingyummyumpkinny people in the fashion and beauty industry all the time.
                     I also meet horrific people who make me want to turn my brushes into sharpened instruments of death.

It's my humblest and dearest wish that in 2012 I can inspire a few artists, and make my own squishy way in the industry, while avoiding the sharp rocks of insecurity, and the sharks prowling the shallow, shallow, murky, scummy, ewwy waters close to the safety of shore.

I say fuck you safety.
Fuck you.
I'm going swimming in the deep end this year.

Make up is a photographic vision. Creating an optical illusion.
This creature, you see as my icon, is my own creation. A unique arrangement of props and costume. If you examine closely. You'll see no eyes. That's no camera trick either. Just inventive imagination and red tint mirrored sunglasses.
